Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing WAN Integrated Solutions & Contracting. Our company is committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales service. The following warranty terms apply to products purchased through us.
1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical faults that occur under normal usage, according to the duration specified for each product category:
- Used Interactive Displays: Warranty for 1 year from the installation date.
- New Interactive Displays: Warranty for 3 years from the installation date.
- Laptops and Accessories:
- 3 months warranty on hardware components.
- 1 year warranty on software.
2. Warranty Conditions
- A valid purchase invoice must be presented to verify the purchase and installation date.
- The warranty applies only to defects caused by manufacturing faults and not due to user error.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation.
- Breakage or damage resulting from shock, liquids, or electrical surges.
- Use of non-original or unauthorized spare parts.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
- The customer must contact the Customer Support Department to file a warranty claim and describe the issue in detail.
- The device will be inspected by the technical support team to determine the cause of the problem.
- If the defect is covered by warranty, the company will repair or replace the item free of charge at its discretion.
4. Exclusions
- The warranty is non-transferable between owners.
- The company is not responsible for any financial loss or downtime resulting from product malfunction.
- The company reserves the right to reject any claim if the product has been tampered with or serviced outside authorized centers.
