Return & Exchange Policy

1. When You Can Request a Return or Exchange
- If the product received is not as described, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications, the company will bear all shipping and replacement costs.
- If the product is damaged during delivery by the company’s logistics service, WAN will handle all related expenses for return or replacement.
2. When the Customer Bears the Shipping Cost
- If the product is delivered in perfect condition and matches the agreed specifications, but the customer wishes to return it for any personal reason (e.g., change of mind or no longer needed), the customer must bear the full cost of shipping both ways.
- The returned item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging intact.
3. Return Period
- Customers must contact our support team within 3 business days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
- Once the customer service team reviews and approves the request, the appropriate return or exchange method will be arranged.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order, within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
